GrubDeli Technologies Inc. (“GrubDeli”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a technology marketplace platform connecting:

Delivery services available through GrubDeli may include:

Delivery availability may vary depending on:

Rider availability,

2. Delivery Methods
A. Independent Rider Delivery
Orders may be fulfilled by independent Riders using the GrubDeli platform.
Riders are independent contractors and are not employees of GrubDeli.
Riders may use:

insulated delivery equipment,

GPS-enabled navigation,
-
and in-app communication tools
to facilitate deliveries.
B. Vendor Self-Delivery
Some Vendors may manage deliveries using:

their own employees,

internal delivery teams,
-
or contracted drivers.
Where Vendor self-delivery is used:

the Vendor is responsible for delivery operations,

delivery timing,
-
and delivery conduct.
GrubDeli acts solely as the technology platform in these cases.

In certain circumstances, deliveries may be coordinated through approved third-party logistics providers.

3. Delivery Zones
GrubDeli currently operates in selected delivery zones within:

and surrounding operational areas.

4. Estimated Delivery Windows
Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

8. Contactless & Leave-at-Door Deliveries
Where contactless or leave-at-door delivery is selected:

Customers assume responsibility for orders left unattended after successful delivery confirmation.

Riders and Vendors may refuse delivery where:

10. Delivery Equipment & Food Safety
Riders handling food deliveries are expected to use appropriate insulated delivery equipment designed to help maintain food quality during transport.

weather,

Vendor packaging,
-
and transit conditions
may affect final food temperature or product condition.
GrubDeli does not guarantee specific food temperatures upon delivery.
11. Failed Deliveries
A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

the customer cannot be contacted,

delivery access is unavailable,
-
the address is incorrect,
-
or delivery conditions are unsafe.
Where reasonable:

Riders may attempt to contact customers,

wait for a limited period,
-
or arrange alternate delivery instructions.
Certain failed deliveries may not qualify for full refunds.
12. Delivery Issues & Support
If an issue occurs with a delivery, customers should contact GrubDeli support as soon as possible.
Delivery-related concerns may include:

or delivery access issues.
Refunds, credits, or adjustments may be issued at GrubDeli’s discretion based on investigation results and applicable policies.
13. Oversized, Fragile & Special Deliveries

Severe weather, road conditions, emergencies, or operational disruptions may affect delivery availability and estimated delivery windows.

or cancel services where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
15. Rider & Vendor Responsibility
Vendors remain responsible for:

product preparation,

packaging quality,
-
product accuracy,

and inventory availability.
Independent Riders remain responsible for:

safe transportation,
-
lawful vehicle operation,
-
and compliance with applicable laws.
16. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrubDeli shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential damages,

delays caused by weather or traffic,

Vendor preparation delays,
-
product spoilage due to external conditions,
-
inaccurate customer information,
-
or delivery interruptions outside reasonable control.
Any applicable liability remains subject to governing agreements, applicable laws, and available insurance coverage.
17. Service Availability
Delivery services may:

or be temporarily unavailable.
GrubDeli does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
18. Policy Updates
